MommyREVIEW: I’m a total fan of Cinch! I was looking for something to help shed some unwanted pounds when Cinch! landed on my doorstep. I suffer from PCOS which makes it EXTREMELY hard to lose weight. I’ve struggled constantly with losing baby weight for the last 4 years due to my PCOS it’s an uphill battle, and I just cannot get it off. I love eating organically but had fallen off the bandwagon. Cinch! got me back to organics and I started the Fast Forward, a 5 day plan that jump starts your diet and basically detoxes your system. It’s simple, 5 ingredients you use for 5 days – very basic, yet filling. I like it simple with my hectic schedule. The book says you will lose 5 lbs the 1st week. I’ve lost 7 lbs! Yes – I’m beyond EXCITED that it’s actually working. Other key things I like about the Cinch! diet is that there are recipes and menus to go off of. I like to print out my menu for the week to stay on track and know exactly what I need to buy and this helps tremendously.
