I am super excited that I get to work with the girls over at One2One Network and Cynthia Sass the author of Cinch! a NY TIMES best selling diet book.
In Week 1 of Cinch, there is a Fast Forward program. The Fast Forward program is optional but it is basically like a detox and jump start to the rest of your life! Not everyone likes the Fast Forward program because you can only eat certain items and have to dedicated 5 days to the process. But, you can also shorten the plan to work for you and do the Fast Forward for a few days instead of 5. The great thing about Cinch is that you can really custom tailor the diet to your lifestyle and make it part of your life, easily! I really enjoyed the Fast Forward program because I only had to think about 5 things to eat for 5 days and I lost 7lbs!

When I got a chance to ask Cynthia some questions along with some other bloggers. I asked for her recommendations for switching out dairy in the plan (we are a milk-protein allergy family). We usually replace milk with rice milk in our household. Cynthia explained to me that soy milk is a better alternative because it contains more protein than rice milk. I have made the switch to soy this week and my family was very happy, we definitely felt fuller longer due to having more protein in our system.
Can’t wait to make the Black Bean Tacos with Cilantro-Jalapeño Guacamole this upcoming week.
