This recipe is from our very own Cajun Queen; Denise
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (mild)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – pounded thinner
- SYM to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pound the chicken breasts and season with SYM and fresh cracked pepper
2. In a small sauce pan, heat the butter on low heat. Add the garlic and cook about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with SYM (That would be SLAP YA MAMA Seasoning)
3. In a shallow bowl, mix the Panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and more SYM
4. Dip each chicken breast in the garlic butter to coat, then press into the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish lined with aluminum foil..this keeps it crispy. Drizzle with any remaining butter and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture.
5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes on 350 degrees

Goodness this looks awesomely delicious. I wonder if we can find SYM in our stores here….
