TEENReview: We were excited to test out this natural teen skin care line that has made waves in Australia and is becoming known in the US. Many teens today are overwhelmed with their skin care choices and the advertising splashed across teen magazines. (Teen star Dakota Fanning is even a fan of Bellaboo). But when it comes down to it; what really works ? At MommyReview we feel it is important to get young girls on a skin regime that will instill lifelong healthy habits of taking care of their skin in this harsh environment. What better way than to instill a natural (99.5%) skin care line. So many products contain harsh chemicals. Do teens need the harshness of chemicals and environment on their skin ? No. So choose a product that is better for your skin, your body (who wants excess toxins going into their growing system ? not us!). While using Bellaboo there was no dryness or peeling caused the products (like when using a product like Proactive). Our skin felt refreshed and soft after using the products. It was a delight using the Sweet Sin Chocolate mask, it smelled delish’ and left our skin radiant without over-drying like many masks tend to do. The Buff Skin is gentle enough to use 3 times a week, it was not overly rough or aggressive and the All Clean face soap is great for everyday use. Not to mention the packaging is uber cute and we like the fact that you can get them in full size or a to go kit that is great for traveling or sleepovers.
