I was a little weary of these ‘cheese steaks’ they looked like more of a cheese quesadilla at first. But, the whole family was pleasantly surprised at the taste of these mini cheese steaks! It is rare that the whole family will like one product, so that made this momma happy. They really did taste like a little piece of Philly. A couple of these was more than enough for a small meal or they would make great appetizers. While you can microwave these for a quick meal or snack, I chose to cook them in the over to get a nice crisp outside and the crunch and color was great! We were definitely won over by these mini philly cheese steaks.
