There are two flavors Notoriously Nutty and Seriously Seedy. I only wish that the Seriously Seedy product was truly nut-free. As it is processed in the same facility as the Notoriously Nutty flavor that contains walnuts and pecans. So, I am not totally comfortable giving this to my child who does have a nut allergy. But for those of us non-nut people these mixes are heavenly! No dried, hard, break your teeth granola here! This is a great healthy snack that will fuel your body and not drag it down like other granola that are full of processed sugars.
