Phoenix, Az leads the nation is red-light running traffic deaths… Isn’t that crazy? So easy to avoid by just stopping for a few seconds, can save a life. Every 12 minutes a car runs a red-light and causes an accident. During rush hour it happens every 5 minutes SCARY!
